Anahata
Heart. Centre. Healing. Space.
Anahata is our on-site sacred space an enchanted open-air shala, born of the desire to create a safe-haven for those on the transformational path - to unify, explore, connect, find peace, a space where grace unfolds, a space to find healing.
Anahata, means “unstruck” or “unhurt.” Its name implies that deep beneath our personal stories of struggle, of brokenness and of pain within our hearts, wholeness, boundless love, and a wellspring of compassion reside.
Anahata is about love the consciousness of love; Surrender to the heart-centric flow, wherein you may witness, delight in, & unconditionally accept, being a co-creator of life as it presents itself, as it organically unfolds, being in gratitude, for each beautiful moment.
As we choose love, we also choose life. we ask you to fall back in love with life, When we are in love with life, we are happy; at peace with ourselves, with each other, & with the world. It is in love that we blossom and discover our true power.
Our main purpose is to co-create a community atmosphere of wellness, vitality and balance, to foster the space that inspires and uplifts humanity.
Through daily yoga classes, work and playshops, sacred ceremony and music & dance; The Anahata space fosters personal growth with a plethora of practices to reconnect you to your sense of peace, purpose and passion.
Our dharma is to deliver many paths to freedom, multiple methods to reach wellness and empowering events to escape in / evolve with regardless of experience or belief you can find your healing space at the heart centre.
It’s all one. As are we all.
